TECHNICAL SPECS:

• Type : Semi trailer rectangular frac tank, design suitable for easy handling using a truck head
• Volume: 80 m3, with 2 compartment
  • 50 m3 & 30 m3 capacity
• Dimensions : Length – 14100 mm, Width – 2690mm, Height – 3780mm
• Body Metal : ST 37-2 / ASTM A36 MS steel, Sides with corrugated shape for stronger body
  • Floor 10mm, Side 8mm, top roof 6mm,
• Vertical Stiffeners: 100x50x5mm – 10 pcs on each side ve 2 pc in front and 2pc on the back side
• Ladders: At the front as well as inside thru manhole
• Inside support crosses: support crosses 5 pcs with 4 inch pipe
• Walkway: 5 mm thickness grating walkway with removable type pipe railing with chain and rest of the tank
• Chassy: 254x245x89 kg H-beam 3 pcs and 6 inch pipe from front and back side
• Discharge: Two (02) x 8 inch manifold pipes branching in and ending Manifold with 4pc 4 inch outlet and butterfly valves
• Fill line: Two (02) x Fill line: 4 inch with butterfly valve in the front side
• Drainage: 4 inch line in the front side or back side: two (02) x Drainage: 4 inch line in the front side or back side
• Level indicator: there will be level indicator inside the tank, (10m3, 20m3, 30m3, 40m3, 50m3, 60m3)
• Testing:
  • Pneumatic Test @ 10 psig for welding and piping
• Axle: Single axle 1×16 ton mechanical suspension axle
• Tyre: 2 ea 22.5×385 tyres
• King Pin : 2,5 inch or 3.5 inch Jost type king pin
• Extras : Hydraulic operated system of legs in front to raise up the tank during transport
• Paint:
  • -Internally lined with special coat to suit 32%HCL, ChemLine Coating (Made in USA)
